I offer 1-1 Personal Training. These can be physical (outdoor only in the London N10 area), or virtual via zoom.

I can also create an exercise plan for you specifically tailored to your needs and training goals. This is perfect for you if you would like a programme to follow but don’t want to commit to 1-1 personal training sessions
