I offer 1-1 Personal Training. These can be physical (outdoor only in the London N10 area), or virtual via zoom.

I can also create an exercise plan for you specifically tailored to your needs and training goals, and planned to fit your lifestyle. This is perfect for you if you would like a programme to follow but don’t want to commit to 1-1 personal training sessions.
